Description

Flour made with more than 95% of the wheat grain (ie the endosperm, the germ and a large part of the bran) brownish in color with a slight nutty taste. Can be mixed with a more refined flour (white flour) to prepare muffins, crepes, cookies and other preparations which should not take too much volume, because the bran firms up the gluten and the dough rises a little less.
